Karnataka Assembly passes temple bill afresh, ball now in governor Gehlot’s court

The Kar-nataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments (Amendment) Bill, 2024, is passed by the legislative assembly after being defeated in the legislative council. The bill now proceeds to the governor for final approval, despite opposition and allegations of misinformation and misuse of temple funds.
