2 PhD students of IIT-Roorkee killed as bullock cart hits bike

Two PhD students from IIT-Roorkee's, Shashi Gaurav Sinha and Kamlesh Meena, were killed in a road accident near Dhanauri village in Roorkee. They were hit by a bullock cart while riding a bike on a rural road. The bullock cart driver has been arrested. The IIT-Roorkee community is devastated, and the victim's families have been informed.
