Co-promoter also liable to pay refund if flat delayed: Bombay high court

The Bombay High Court has ruled that within the framework of the Real Estate (Regulatory and Development) Act (Rera), the term 'promoter' encompasses a co-promoter, regardless of whether they have received funds from flat buyers. The court emphasized that such co-promoters are collectively responsible for reimbursing the amount, along with interest, for any delays.
