HC acquits Saibaba, others, says no proof of Maoist links

The Bombay High Court's Nagpur bench acquitted G N Saibaba and five others in the UAPA case. This is his second acquittal in 15 months after the previous verdict was overturned by the Supreme Court. The court cited technical grounds for the acquittal and mentioned the invalid sanction to prosecute the accused.
