No caveats, Supreme Court tells Centre, allows Kerala to borrow Rs 13k cr

The Supreme Court's directive to the Centre not to withdraw the pending suit for additional borrowing has been welcomed by the Kerala government. The court advised both parties to resolve differences on a net borrowing cap. State finance minister expressed gratitude for the suggestion to settle disputes through discussions. Secretary-level discussions on financial year expenses will begin.
