A fresh western disturbance is expected to impact the Western Himalayan region next week, leading to thunderstorms and rain in Himachal Pradesh. Over 400 roads, including four national highways, remain closed due to heavy snowfall and rain. The meteorological department has issued a 'yellow' warning for thunderstorms accompanied by lightning from March 11 to 13.
