NIA investigators looking into the explosion at Rameshwaram Cafe on March 1 have discovered that the individual responsible for planting the bomb journeyed from Ballari, with indications suggesting a subsequent move to Pune. Although the specifics of his travel to the Maharashtra city remain unclear, it has been determined that on the night of March 1, he boarded a bus destined for Gokarna in Karnataka.
