Kalyan's Adharwadi jail introduces new facilities including CCTV cameras, video conferencing, PCO boxes, and e-library services. Amitabh Gupta inaugurates the facilities. The facilities allow prisoners to communicate with family members and lawyers, make three phone calls, and enhance transparency to prevent issues like unauthorized SIM cards, assaults, drug possession, and misconduct. The initiative emphasizes the provision of basic human facilities.
