RSS also underscored its concern as it highlighted farmers’ agitation as an attempt to spread anarchy in Punjab, condemned atrocities in Sandeshkhali, and expressed worry over the ethnic conflict in Manipur.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has criticized the government's handling of the Manipur issue, saying the state has been waiting for peace for a year and violence needs to be stopped on priority. He expressed anger over the Kuki-Meitei divide, stating that India has made strides in various fields, but has not overcome all challenges. Bhagwat also slammed the negative political campaigning during elections, hinting at potential differences between the RSS and BJP over certain issues.
