Madras HC restrains OPS from using ADMK symbol, flag, letterhead

The Madras high court has barred ousted AIADMK leader O Paneerselvam from using the party's official letterhead, symbol "Two Leaves," and flag. This decision comes in response to a suit and applications filed by AIADMK general secretary and former CM Edappadi K Palaniswami. Justice N Sathishkumar issued the order following a previous interim order on November 7, 2023, which restrained Paneerselvam from utilizing the party's letterhead, symbol, and flag.
