Police gun down gangster who shot dead Punjab cop during raid

A day after gangster Rana Mansurpur fatally shot constable Amritpal Singh during a hideout raid, he was killed in an encounter near Bhangala village on the Mukerian-Pathankot national highway in Punjab's Hoshiarpur. Tracking him through CCTV footage, the police located Mansurpur heading towards Bhangala after hitching a ride on a motorcycle.
