Chhattisgarh HC judge transferred to Madras HC, rerouted to Patna HC

The Supreme Court Collegium, led by CJI D Y Chandrachud, which on March 15 proposed transferring Chhattisgarh high court Justice Arvind Singh Chandel to the Madras high court, changed its mind after receiving the HC judge's representation and recommended to the Union government on Wednesday that he be transferred to Patna high court.
