Opposition slams government for Kejriwal's arrest, urges EC to curb ED, I-T

Protesting the arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, opposition INDIA bloc on Friday petitioned EC accusing the Modi govt of "illegally" using central agencies to stifle political rivals, and demanded that the poll watchdog curtail the actions of ED, CBI and I-T department till the elections are over. It said if EC did not provide a level playing field to the parties, the electoral process would lose all its sanctity.
