Jaishankar condemns Pakistan's use of terrorism, criticizes China's claims on Arunachal Pradesh, and reaffirms India's stance on addressing cross-border terrorism while emphasizing the state's integral part of India. Speaking at Singapore's ​NUS Institute of South Asian Studies, the minister said that cross-border terrorism from Pakistan is not a "one-off happening".
