Painter, 19, follows 55-year-old from Bengaluru bar, rapes and kills her

Sachin, a 19-year-old painter, was arrested by Amruthahalli police for raping and killing a 55-year-old woman from north Karnataka. The arrest followed CCTV evidence in Hebbal, leading to further investigation.
