Jharkhand ex-MLA found guilty in murder case

Former JMM MLA Paulus Surin and extremist Jaitha Kachhap found guilty in a 2013 double-murder case in Jharkhand. Surin faces conviction under IPC Section 302 and Arms Act Section 27. Sentencing on April 10 by additional judicial commissioner Dinesh Kumar. Victims Bhushan Kumar Singh and Ram Govind attacked while playing cards near Surin's residence.
