Fresh blow for Cong as U'khand ex-minister quits party, joins BJP

Former cabinet minister and three-time MLA, Dinesh Agarwal, switched from Congress to BJP citing lack of leadership in Congress and praising PM Modi. Representing Dharampur seat, he criticized Congress leadership and was suspended for six years for 'anti-party activities' after joining BJP.
