Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked ministries to submit a 100-day plan for the incoming government, and ministries are planning a number of "people-friendly" activities. The Indian Railways, for example, intends to implement a 24-hour refund program for passengers who cancel their tickets, which presently takes at least three days.
