Relief for officer who asked rape survivor to strip

Rajasthan HC stays coercive action against Karauli magistrate. A single bench of Justice Anil Kumar Upman issued notices to state govt, Union I&B ministry, state chief secretary, DGP and a private news channel among others on a petition filed by the Rajasthan Judicial Service Officers Association. HC also asked the media not to "sensationalise" the issue.
