Jharkhand: 26 members of tribal organisation booked for MCC 'violation'

A tribal organization comprising 26 individuals has been charged for breaching the model code of conduct after parading a float in solidarity with imprisoned former Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren. The Kendriya Sarna Samiti (KSS) members showcased a tableau during the 'Sarhul' festival, portraying Soren in confinement with ED and CBI officials surrounding the prison.
