Kashmiri migrant voters in Jammu, Udhampur no longer required to fill 'Form M' to vote in Lok Sabha polls
Kashmiri migrant voters residing in Jammu and Udhampur districts of J&K will no longer need to complete 'Form M' to participate in the Lok Sabha elections. The Election Commission has revised the voting procedure for displaced individuals, addressing a longstanding request from the community. Previously, filling out ‘Form M’ was obligatory for displaced voters from the Valley before each parliamentary and assembly election in J&K.
