Congress is learned to have finalised its candidates for the three seats it is contesting in the capital in an alliance with Aam Aadmi Party. The interesting choice is that of former JNU Students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar for North East Delhi, a seat having a sizeable population of Purvanchalis (residents of eastern UP and Bihar) and Muslims.
