SC extends Mathura Idgah survey stay but HC land suit trial to go on

The Supreme Court extended its stay on the Allahabad High Court's direction to appoint a commission to survey the Shahi Idgah mosque in Mathura, near Krishna Janmabhoomi. The Committee of Management Trust of Shahi Masjid Idgah filed a petition against the HC order, challenging the transfer of civil suits and the directive for a survey.
