Drunk man slashes doctor’s throat at Puducherry govt hospital

R Vinoth attacked Dr. Naveen Kumar at Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital. The incident occurred in the ICU after a quarrel, where Vinoth, intoxicated, tried to assault two women. Tension ensued in the hospital.
