The Trinamool Congress (TMC) unveiled its election manifesto, contrasting its "Didir Shopoth" (Didi's Guarantee) against "Modi ki Guarantee." It promises to repeal the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), discontinue the National Register of Citizens (NRC), and stall the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC). It opposes BJP's "One Nation, One Election" proposal and emphasizes federalism and pluralism.
