Congress tried to snatch rights of SC/ST/OBCs: PM Modi

Prime Minister Modi on Tuesday criticized the Congress for being deeply entrenched in vote-bank politics, alleging that the party wouldn't hesitate to take away reservation benefits from SC and ST communities and allocate them to Muslims, as it allegedly tried to do through a pilot project in Andhra Pradesh in 2004 before considering nationwide implementation.
