‘More women in leadership roles, pay parity still a concern’

In the last five years, the chances for women to obtain leadership roles have greatly increased. The latest AIMA-KPMG Women Leadership Report shows that 83% of the surveyed organizations have a greater number of women in leadership positions in 2024 compared to half the number from a decade ago, according to Manash Gohain.
