BJP drops Brij Bhushan, fields his son instead

BJP has convinced the controversial current representative in Kaiserganj, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, to step aside in favor of his younger son, Karan, while also nominating UP minister Dinesh Pratap Singh again from the Nehru-Gandhi family stronghold of Rae Bareli. BJP has taken action against Brij Bhushan in order to address the criticism that it was lenient towards the six-time MP.
