SIA attaches Rajouri property of absconding terrorist based in Pak
Friday, 3 May 2024 The J&K state investigation agency (SIA) Friday attached the property of an absconding terrorist, Abdul Hameed Khan, in Jammu’s Rajouri district under section 33 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). A spokesperson from SIA mentioned that the attachment was related to an FIR case filed in 2021 against Abdul, who is a resident of Manjakote tehsil in Rajouri, along with his associates, Mohd Rafiq Khan from Manjakote and Gurpal Singh from Sangrur in Punjab.
