AAP trying to thwart BJP candidates from filing nominations: Vijay Rupani

The former CM, while alleging a deep-seeded conspiracy- first to inhibit the right to campaign of BJP candidates and now to stall their nominations- said Bittu had applied for NOC on May 4 which was not given. Rupani also cited the case of their BJP Bathinda nominee Parampal Kaur Sidhu, a former IAS officer, whose application for voluntary retirement was rejected despite following all procedures.
