The Delhi High Court dismissed a plea seeking action against PM Narendra Modi for making communally divisive speeches during the election campaign. Justice Sachin Datta called the plea 'wholly misconceived' and devoid of merit. The court stated that the Election Commission can independently review complaints in accordance with the law.
