Excise scam: HC lists for July 11 Kejriwal's plea against ED summons

Delhi High Court listed Arvind Kejriwal's petition challenging ED summonses for hearing on July 11. Kejriwal was granted four more weeks to respond to ED's reply. He was given interim bail till June 1 by the Supreme Court. Kejriwal's petition against summonses was considered infructuous after his arrest by ED. Appeal against the decision was pending in the top court.
