'Financial advisers' on Telegram con woman of Rs 23 lakh after promising high returns

A woman in east Delhi lost Rs 23 lakh to crooks who lured her through an Instagram link to a Telegram channel. 'Finance advisers' convinced her to invest in cryptocurrency and the share market, resulting in a total loss. The fraud involved promising high returns on investment and deposits in multiple banks including ICICI Bank.
