NHRC seeks compliance report from Odisha govt in electrocution death of three tribal women

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a notice to the chief secretary of Odisha to submit a compliance report related to the electrocution of three Juang women from the Telkoi area in Keonjhar district on October 22, 2022. The Commission issued this direction on May 13 after listening to a petition submitted by human rights activist Dillip Kumar Das.
