Ex-IAS officer acquitted in rape case after 10 years

Former IAS officer B B Mohanty acquitted of rape charges in Jaipur court after 10 years. The special metropolitan court for Pocso cases agreed with the defence that the complainant willingly entered a relationship with Mohanty. The complaint alleged that Mohanty raped her on Feb 17, 2013, during civil services exam preparations.
