Rajasthan HC suspends life term awarded to 5 for murder of 2 cops in Sikar in 2018

Rajasthan High Court suspends life sentences of five convicts, including Omprakash, Dinesh Kumar, and others, in the murder case at Fatehpur police station. The convicts were convicted by the ADJ court for killing circle inspector Mukesh Kanungo and constable Ramprakash in 2018. The HC rejected pleas of main convicts Ajay Chaudhary and Jagdeep, citing discrepancies in the FSL report.
