Voter turnout in fourth phase clocks 69.2%, highest till now

The fourth phase of Lok Sabha polls in Bihar recorded the highest voter turnout of 69.2%. More women voted than men in the second, third, and fourth phases. TOI's data excluded Srinagar due to delimitation. The turnout calculation includes all registered voters, including those using postal ballots.
