Principal held for dumping bleeding boy in septic tank

Principal Veena Jha and her son arrested in Patna over the death of a four-year-old boy found in a septic tank below a classroom in Digha area after he fell off a playground slide. They dumped the child in the tank instead of sending him to the hospital.
