Fire breaks out in week-old Noida hotel, its first guest suffocates to death

27-year-old woman Palak suffocated in a Noida hotel fire. Her friend Tarun Kumar is critically injured. Incident at Hotel Moon on Akshay Tritiya. Pradeep Pal highlighted delays in informing fire department. Rescuers accessed adjacent building's terrace via AC duct. Vimlesh Jha leased building to Akash Sharma from Shamli. No objection certificate missing; police complaint to be filed.
