Woman drops MTP plan after report says fetus fully developed

A 32-year-old woman approached Nagpur bench of Bombay high court to terminate a 22-week pregnancy, but changed her mind after medical report showed fetus was fully developed and may result in live birth. HC ordered her medical examination to assess if MTP could be allowed. The medical report highlighted increased risk of complications associated with aborting a 22-week fetus.
