On the run for 20 years, man disguised as chhole bhature seller held for killing Delhi bizman

In 2004, Ramesh Gupta was kidnapped and murdered on Karwa Chauth. Sipahi Lal, the key executor, evaded police for 20 years in Mainpuri, UP, running a chhole bhature cart. The case was a sensational kidnapping-and-murder in Delhi. ACP Naresh Solanki and inspector Sushil tracked down Lal, bringing closure to the case.
