This time, its rivals, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's AAP and the Congress, have formed an alliance to break the BJP's winning streak, having contested separately in previous polls. However, data indicates that even their combined efforts may fall short of defeating the BJP in most constituencies.
