This notion was voiced by Utah Senator Mike Lee, who believes the president should be able to remove any employee at any time for any reason. The discussion arose amidst reports of Trump's plans to make unconventional personnel changes, including firing officials with fixed terms like the FBI Director and IRS Commissioner, positions that traditionally remain unchanged during transitions. Experts note that while uncommon, the president holds the legal power to make such changes. #ElonMusk #Trump #MikeLee #FiringAuthority #ExecutiveBranch #PersonnelChanges #FBI #IRSCommissioner #PoliticalTradition #TrumpAdministration #USPolitics #Oneindia #OneindiaNews Also Read Trump's Christmas Truth: Trump Takes A Festive Swipe At Obama With Memes And Holiday Cheers :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/trumps-christmas-truth-trump-takes-a-festive-swipe-at-obama-with-memes-and-holiday-cheers-4026257.html?ref=DMDesc Trump Vows To Expand Death Penalty After Biden’s Controversial Commutation Decision :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/trump-vows-to-expand-death-penalty-after-biden-s-controversial-commutation-decision-4025379.html?ref=DMDesc Trump Vows to Pursue Capital Punishment Following Biden's Commutation of Federal Death Sentences :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/trump-vows-to-pursue-capital-punishment-after-biden-commutes-death-sentences-011-4025311.html?ref=DMDesc ~PR.362~HT.318~ED.102~GR.344~
