Fake birth certificate case: Azam Khan conviction stayed but will remain in jail

The Allahabad High Court granted bail to Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan, his wife Tazeen Fatima, and their son Abdullah Azam Khan in a fake birth certificate case. However, the conviction of Azam Khan was only stayed by Justice Sanjay Kumar Singh. Despite the bail, Azam Khan and Abdullah Azam will remain in custody due to other ongoing cases against them. Tazeen Fatima is expected to be released.
