SC refuses to entertain plea seeking re-polling in Bihar's Munger

The Supreme Court declined a plea for re-polling in Bihar's Munger constituency, directing the petitioner to approach the high court. Allegations of rigging and booth capturing were made against JD(U) workers with official connivance. RJD candidate Kumari Anita sought re-polling in 45 booths, also urging the removal of District Election Officer Dr Avaneesh Kumar Singh. The plea was withdrawn, and the matter dismissed.
