Saturday, 1 June 2024 After the High Court quashed the appeal of the Haryana government, which prescribed socioeconomic criteria for granting additional marks to certain classes of candidates in the state government job, the Haryana government has moved to the Supreme Court. The High Court held the scheme of the state government unconstitutional and held that the scheme violated Article 14, 15 and 16.
