Pattern in fake narratives, we failed to stop them: CEC

Sensing a recurring trend of unverified allegations and doubts being cast on established electoral processes, such as voter lists, EVMs, VVPATs, or counting during general elections, Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar expressed concern on Monday. βThese were part of the 'mischievous narratives' directed at EC that the poll panel had failed to foresee and prepare against,β he stated.
