Tribunal quashes attachment of multiple Mumbai flats of Praful in laundering case

In a significant development for NCP leader Praful Patel, the Appellate Tribunal for Safema, which handles cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), has provided a major relief by overturning the attachment of multiple flats owned by him. On June 3, the tribunal quashed the attachment of several flats located on the 12th to 15th floors of Ceejay House in Worli, Mumbai, valued at over Rs 180 crore.
