Sand smugglers kill 2 policemen in UP and Bihar

The sand mining mafia's deadly activities in UP and Bihar led to the deaths of two constables over the weekend. In UP, 24-year-old Rohit Kumar Pancholi was killed Saturday night while stopping a tractor-trolley involved in illegal sand mining in Nagla Chandan. In Bihar, 29-year-old Deepak Kumar was run over by a tractor during a routine check for illegal sand miners in Aurangabad around 4 am Sunday.
