'There was anger': Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann on CISF constable slapping Kangana

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann stated on Monday that the CISF woman constable may have slapped BJP MP Kangana Ranaut out of anger over her past comments on the farmers' protest. Mann also criticised Kangana for comparing Punjab to terrorism, but he acknowledged that the incident should not have occurred.
